I won't lie. I was never a huge Prince fan. Don't get me wrong, I recognized his talent but, I always had an appreciation for his guitar and piano playing ability. The Vox video below put the pieces of the puzzle together for me.

Today was HOT. It was nice to have warm, clear days for Memorial Day weekend but, over 100 degrees Fahrenheit is a little more than we needed.
We bought a truck in the middle of May and are test driving it around town. Fun times. Love the Ranch Hand grill guard.

The Georgia Apple Festival in Ellijay, GA closed last night. This was the 45th anniversary of the annual event and judging from traffic it will be around for a long time. Thankfully, we've learned our way around well enough that we didn't get held up and were able to avoid the crowd. I expect that next week will be full of fall colors.
I guess this will end up being something of a diary page. I find things online and want to remember them but, they get lost in my email and on my facebook page. I'm going to give this page a chance because I am running out of room to store notebooks.

This weekend will be busy with the Marble Festival and Homecoming at Reinhardt University. Around our house, it's summer with pumpkins. Just beautiful blue skies and warm temperatures.
